Frank founded AscentSourcing in 2007, passionately and responsibly navigating the firm's growth ever since. His strong work ethic and desire to deliver often see him working late into the evening or at the weekend. With a recruitment career beginning in 1998, Frank has successfully placed candidates in approximately 30 different countries. Outside of work, Frank enjoys playing football, wildlife spotting in diverse environments, reading a good book, and spending time with his menagerie of animals, including one from his volunteering days at Battersea Dogs and Cats Home.
